IPAR, APM, Kairros, Konekt, Recovre and Rehab Management compared: finding your nearest NSW office

Six organisations come up often as workplace rehabilitation providers in NSW workers comp claims. Here is exactly what each one's own website published about its NSW offices on 9 August 2026, in one table, so you can find the branch nearest you.

If your employer or insurer has referred you to a workplace rehabilitation provider (WRP) to help coordinate your return to work, you usually do not get to pick freely, though you can raise concerns and ask about alternatives. This page looks at six organisations that operate as WRPs in NSW: IPAR Rehabilitation, Advanced Personnel Management (APM), Kairros, Konekt, The Recovre Group and Rehab Management. Rather than guess at how each one lists its NSW offices, we went to each provider's own website on 9 August 2026 and recorded exactly what it published, so you can check the branch nearest you or see how easy that is to do.

The detail behind the table

IPAR's own office-locations page lists individual branches by address rather than a running total: named NSW entries include Sydney, Parramatta, Liverpool, Penrith, Wollongong, Coffs Harbour and Port Macquarie, among others. IPAR's homepage separately states a company-wide location figure, but it sits under an "IPAR is part of MedHealth" heading, alongside MedHealth's own team and specialist numbers: that is MedHealth's group figure, not a figure IPAR states about itself.

Kairros' regional-locations page names five NSW hubs directly, each covering a list of towns: Lismore (North Coast), Port Macquarie and Coffs Harbour (North Coast), Newcastle (Hunter), Wollongong (Illawarra), and Orange/Dubbo (Central West). No Sydney-metro hub is named on that page. Kairros is also a MedHealth brand, the same parent group as IPAR.

Konekt's contact page named 15 NSW branches on 9 August 2026: Sydney (North Sydney), Albury, Ballina, Batemans Bay, Broken Hill, Central Coast, Coffs Harbour, Liverpool, Newcastle, Nowra, Orange, Parramatta, Penrith, Wagga Wagga and Wollongong. Its own head office is in West Perth, Western Australia, not NSW.

recovre.com.au redirects to a page on Marsh's site; there is no separately branded Recovre site to check for a NSW list. That Marsh page states Recovre operates 27 offices with a workforce of over 180 professionals nationally: a figure Marsh states about Recovre, not one published on a site of Recovre's own.

This table does not rank the six against each other, and NSW workers compensation does not generally let you shop between WRPs the way you might compare tradespeople: your case manager nominates one, though you can raise concerns and ask about alternatives (see how to choose or change your provider). What it does tell you is how to actually check where an office is. IPAR and Konekt publish a written list you can read directly. APM, Kairros and Rehab Management expect you to search by suburb or postcode instead. Recovre has no separately branded site to search at all, only the Marsh page its own domain redirects to. Branch networks change, so treat every detail above as what that provider's own site showed on 9 August 2026, not a permanent fact; confirm directly if it matters, and ask your case manager if you are unsure which organisation you have actually been referred to.
